Founding Partner – Strategy, Capital & Ecosystems
Aline is a cross-border strategist, ecosystem designer, and capital partner. She has built her career across strategy consulting, innovation ecosystems, and venture platforms—working with entrepreneurs, family offices, and corporations through complex growth and transition phases in the Americas. Previously, she led high-impact initiatives at Deloitte, Accenture, and Morgan Stanley helping build bridges across sectors and geographies.
She has co-chaired the U.S.–Mexico Certified Trade Mission, and acts as an advisor and mentor to entrepreneurs, and builds networks for next-gen stakeholders, women leaders and allocators. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, Aline is widely recognized for catalyzing inclusive leadership, guiding generational succession, and translating purpose into high-impact structures.

Ulrick Noel
Founding Partner – Ventures, Technology, M&A & Investment Strategy
Ulrick is a versatile strategist, operator, technologist, and investor. As an MIT Sloan MBA alum, he has combined roles in strategy consulting, corporate M&A, startup scaling, and venture investing. He has advised major corporations on M&A, integration, global strategy, and product growth, and co-founded ventures in fintech, software, and energy. His hands-on experience spans sector verticals like financial services, clean tech, e-commerce, and enterprise software.
He also served in senior roles at firms like Bain & Company, A.T. Kearney, and CEMEX, mentored founders at Endeavor, and taught entrepreneurship and innovation. His strength lies in weaving together a boardroom vision, investment discipline, and operational execution.

Juan Carlos Aguirre
Founding Partner – Governance, Family Strategy & Real Estate
Juan Carlos brings deep expertise in family enterprise, governance, and real estate. Over 16+ years, he’s supported multigenerational families through governance design, capital alignment, and strategic transitions, while also founding and managing businesses across sectors.
After exiting his family’s broadcasting enterprise in Mexico, he launched BR4 Quaestum Capital, a private equity firm specializing in multifamily and residential real estate across Mexico and U.S. Sunbelt markets. He also founded agribusiness and industrial ventures, and previously held senior roles in a private family office and at Merrill Lynch’s Global Wealth & Investment Management, working with portfolios exceeding $2.5B.
His rare blend of real estate investing, family office leadership, and governance architecture makes him a trusted guide for families navigating legacy, growth, and harmony.
